I Heart Southwest Airlines!

No, it's not because they advertise on this site. And it isn't because they are considering assigned seating. Southwest Airlines just made a difficult week much better for me. Due to my elderly mother being hospitalized out of state (she's doing great now, thank you!), I needed to change my flight arrangements three times. Most airlines would have charged me, hassled me and made my life difficult and expensive. However, I was flying on a Rapid Rewards ticket and Southwest cheerfully changed my flight arrangements each time my situation changed. And, as I flew home exhausted yesterday they made me smile with their usual Southwest corny humor and a new snack in a shiny silver wrapper. In honor of their 35th Anniversary, Southwest airlines is handing out "Plane Crackers, " their version of animal crackers. Each cookie is a cute little plane. I saved this treat for my Granddaugter. Thank you Southwest!
