Pies, Hogs in Heat, Bradshaw Mountain Oysters and More - Right Off Arizona's I-17

Wednesday August 16, 2006
I was traveling from Flagstaff to Phoenix on I-17 and I needed gas. OK, in the back of my mind I was remembering the rave reviews of the pie at Rock Springs Cafe, so when Exit 242 came up, it was decided. That would be my gas stop. What I found was a Cafe with a colorful history and really great pie. Just walking through the place was entertaining. They claim they are a destination "worth the drive from anywhere." See if you agree.
