Singing Around the Desert Campfire in Wickenburg, Arizona

Saturday March 10, 2007
It's now day three of our Arizona experience at Los Caballeros. Last night we took a scenic hayride at dusk out to the desert for a cook-out. And, what a cookout it was! The same executive chef that prepared our gourmet meals in the dining room was out in the desert cooking up luscious bar-b-qued chicken for guests. A fantastic western singer entertained us with old time favorites and a little John Denver and cowboy poetry thrown in for a good mix. The wrangler that tours the diningroom to check out who is riding when and which horse might be a good match was also out there under the desert sky answering questions and making sure we had a great experience at Rancho de los Caballeros. Today? More riding and another wonderful meal with new friends at day's end.
