Visiting the Grand Canyon - Ending the Confusion About the National Park and Grand Canyon West

Monday March 26, 2007
So many people have commented about the new Skywalk being in the Grand Canyon National Park. So many are confused and don't realize there are three major tourist locations along the 217 mile canyon. There is Grand Canyon West, on Hualapai land, which houses the new Skywalk. And, there is the Grand Canyon National Park which has a South Rim and a North Rim. None of these are easily accessible to each other. They are three separate destinations... all somewhat different and all worth a trip to see. So, I found the best websites for information on the three vacation destinations and put them all together for you along with a nice overview map. I hope to eliminate some of the confusion and enhance your vacation planning. Go to "Top Website Resources for Grand Canyon Trip Planning."
