Planning for New Year's? The Southwest has Block Parties, Music and Festivals Galore

In the hills of Arizona they do a "Pincone Drop." Flagstaff drops the "big cone" in front of the historic Weatherford Hotel. In the Phoenix area, there are two huge block parties.
