I've watched extreme biking on TV but never have seen it in person. Recently at Winter Park I enjoyed an afternoon watching the Crankworx extreme mountain biking competition. And it's as dangerous as it looks. Many riders from the preliminary events were on the sidelines with braces on their legs and their arms in slings. This sport is not for the weak!
