Page, Arizona hosts an annual balloon festival. It usually attracts about 50 balloons. The attraction is flying over Page with views of Lake Powell. Held annually, usually the first weekend in November.The 2008 Balloon Regatta is scheduled for October 31st through November 2nd, Contact Information (888) 261-7243.
The event will have liftoff every morning around 7am. Thursday and Friday, pilots are at the local area schools doing presentations and lectures. Saturday is the street fair and balloon glow that night. Sunday around noon is the end of the event with a hambuger lunch prepared for the pilots, sponsors and anyone who has helped crew.
