On Highway 89A in Uptown Sedona. A great location for convenience but not the best for hearing the rustling of the leaves in Oak Creek Canyon. You can walk to shops or catch the free trolley shuttle nearby that will take you to other Uptown locations, to Tlaquepaque or on to the Hillside Galleries.Breakfast:

Best Western Arroyo Roble Hotel - Convenience and a View of Sedona's Red Rocks:
I had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western in the autumn season as the leaves were turning in Oak Creek Canyon and as the days were still warm and the nights clear and cold. Having a balcony overlooking the Red Rocks is a must when staying at the Best Western Arroyo Grande. Pay a little extra for the view and you will not be disappointed.The bedding was nicely upgraded and the rooms were very adequate. I enjoyed the tile touches throughout. Guests have commented that staying at this Best Western is one of the best deals in Uptown Sedona.
I did notice some A/C noise in the evenings but a lovely fountain below masked some of that sound. If you get a chance, get up early and watch dawn over the Red Rocks from your hotel balcony. It's an amazing sight and is one of the reasons you must choose a view room!
The views and the convenience to Uptown attractions are the main reasons for selecting the Best Western Arroyo Roble. Look for seasonal specials.
