Just as Santa Fe is multi-cultural so is the hotel. You will see Native American influences as well as Spanish and Mexican influences. If you are with car, you will park in the very convenient underground garage and can access your room floor via elevator. Hotel Plaza Real is all about convenience and that special Santa Fe feel. Rooms are comfortable and decorated in traditional Santa Fe style. The hotel has a great little lobby bar where people gather in the evening and coffee is served in the lobby in the morning, but there is no hotel restaurant. But, not to worry, fine dining like at The Anasazi Restaurant is just steps away. From your centrally located hotel, you can walk to the Palace of the Governors, the Plaza with it's shops and frequent events and the area galleries. There is so much to do, you may only retreat to your room for a brief rest.

Many rooms have balconies with city or mountain views. You may even book the largest suite with full kitchen and living room complete with cushy leather couches and chairs. In the winter, you can enjoy a fireplace room.

I recommend staying at Hotel Plaza Real for the convenience, the Santa Fe atmosphere and the European small hotel feel. It's ideal place to stay during Indian Market as the vendors may be visible from your balcony in the streets below. And, it's an ideal place for a Santa Fe getaway any time of the year.
