Not only will you enjoy the sights along the River Walk, the music will entrance you. At Jim Cullum's Landing they have a steady fare of excellent jazz for you to enjoy. Dine or have a drink inside or out. My choice is always outdoors, so I can people-watch along the River Walk as I listen to the music.
