The Ins and Outs of the Waitlist
So you missed the block tickets and the individual tickets, so what's left? Well, you can use the wait-list to get tickets to Sundance films! Here are the wait-list Instructions:
1. Arrive roughly 2 hours prior to the screening time, receive a wait-list number (one per person. A wait-list number does not guarantee tickets will be available for purchase.
2. Return no later than 30 minutes prior and line up according to number. Wait-list ticket sales begin no sooner than 30 minutes prior to the screening. If no space is available, ticketed wait-list patrons will receive a full refund.
3. Available tickets are sold directly to the line by number. All timetables for wait-list tickets are subject to change at the discretion of the theatre manager.
Restrictions:
- CASH ONLY
- Saving places in line is NOT permitted
- Failure to follow these guidelines could result in invalidating the wait-list number.
